By completing your registration for a course and making a full payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

You have the right to cancel your online course registration at the following terms:

If you request for a refund within 14 days from the date a successful PayPal payment is made, an administration fee of 20% of the course price shall be applied (which will not be refunded) and the remaining fee will be refunded to you via your PayPal account used for this payment.

Refund Procedure

If you need to request for a refund, kindly submit your request via our contact us page. Please include your payment details and transaction ID as proof of purchase. Incomplete details may lead to rejection of the refund request. 

Once we received your request for a refund within the 14-day period, your access to the learning platform will be suspended with immediate effect.

All request for a refund within the 14-day period will be reviewed and it will take up to 30 days to process the refund payment. 

Should the request for refund be received after the 14-day period, no refund shall be entertained or processed. Please note the terms of use and should there be any violation or suspected of violation of the Terms of Use, your access to the learning platform and/or any other platform offered by will be suspended indefinitely and without notice.

Learn BaZi Online may, at its sole discretion, reject requests for availing Refunds from users requesting serial or repeated refunds, or Users who have violated or are suspected of violation of the Terms of Use, Disclaimer Policy or any other terms and conditions of use of the Website.

This Refund Policy is a part of, and incorporated within, the Terms of Use. As a condition of registering with and using the services offered through this Website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. 

If at any time you disagree with this Refund Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease use of ALL services and terminate your account. 

However, any transactions occurring prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Refund Policy.
